Once you have paid click HERE to complete the design inquiry form. This form must be completed within 2 hours. Failure to do so could delay production of your digital product(s).

Digital Product Policy: This is a digital product. No physical product will be delivered to you. 

Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days after all required information has been received. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be considered received on the next business day.

Expedited Turnaround: Expedited turnaround times are available for an additional fee. With this service, your order will be prioritized and delivered within 24-48 hours, guaranteed.

Revision Limit: You are welcome to request up to two revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Any additional revisions will be charged $25 each. 

Revision Time: Each revision will take up to 24 hours to complete and is not included in the original delivery timeframe.
